Add your shifts
Tap the + button in the Schedule tab to add a shift. Bulk add and rotation templates are available for faster setup.
Log sleep
Log sleep manually in the Sleep tab, or sync from Apple Health if you have OffShift Pro.
Add widgets
Add OffShift widgets from your Home Screen or Lock Screen. Widgets update automatically as your schedule or sleep data changes.
OffShift reads sleep data only — no other Health data is accessed
Manage access anytime at Health → Profile → Apps → OffShift
If sleep doesn't appear after syncing, confirm OffShift has Read permission for Sleep Analysis, then reopen the app and try again
OffShift does not write any data back to Apple Health
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
OffShift does not handle billing — all purchases go through the App Store
OffShift does not collect, track, or sell your data. All information stays on your device.
